At The Comfy Notebook, we believe receiving your notebook should feel simple and stress-free from start to finish.

Order Processing Times

Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched after it is placed.
An order is considered dispatched once it has been handed off to our shipping carrier and is on its way to you.

During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.


Estimated Shipping Times

Shipping times begin after your order has been dispatched and may vary depending on location and carrier conditions.

    United States: 5–10 business days

Please note that during busy periods or holidays, carriers may experience delays in transit or tracking updates that are outside of our control. International shipments may also be subject to customs delays, which can extend delivery times.


Order Changes & Accurate Shipping Details

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Incorrect or incomplete information may result in processing delays or order cancellation.

If our system detects an address issue, our support team will contact you by email within 3 business days to confirm your details. If we do not receive a response within that time, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please reach out to us on the Contact page within 24 hours of placing your order. While we’ll do our best to help, we cannot guarantee changes after this window.


Delayed Delivery

We understand how important it is to receive your order on time and always aim to ship as quickly as possible. However, delivery delays may occur due to circumstances outside of our control, such as weather conditions, carrier disruptions, customs processing, or other transit issues.

In some cases, delays may also occur due to address verification, payment processing, or product availability. If this happens, we’ll notify you as soon as possible and keep you informed.

While we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates, we’ll always do our best to support you and provide updates when available.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, it is no longer within our control. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us on the Contact page and we’ll do our best to assist.

We also recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim, as they may require additional information. We’re happy to follow up with the carrier on your behalf and provide updates.

Please note that The Comfy Notebook is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, and these situations fall outside of our refund policy. In certain cases, we may offer a replacement depending on the circumstances.
