At The Comfy Notebook, our goal is to help make journaling feel safe, comforting, and pressure-free. We believe in our products and encourage you to spend some time with your notebook before deciding whether it’s right for you.

We recommend using The Comfy Notebook for at least 14 days to fully experience its benefits. If, after that time, you’re not satisfied for any reason, you may request a return within our 60-day money-back guarantee period by contacting us at the Contact page.


Cancellation Policy

Orders can be changed or canceled within 24 hours of being placed. After this window, orders may already be in processing and we may be unable to make changes.

If your order is successfully canceled within 24 hours, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

We’re confident in the quality and purpose of The Comfy Notebook. That’s why we offer a 60-day money-back guarantee, starting from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be returned after a minimum of 14 days of use

  • The return request must be made within 60 days of delivery

  • Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable

Damaged Items

We carefully package all orders to prevent damage during shipping. An item is considered damaged if it arrives with a defect or is physically broken. Cosmetic damage to packaging (such as dented boxes) does not qualify as product damage if the item itself is intact.

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery by using the contact form on the Contact page with a clear photo of the damage. If approved, we’ll send a replacement at no additional cost.

We do not offer refunds or replacements for damage caused by normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.


Shipping & Delivery

While we do our best to ship orders promptly, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Once an order has shipped, delivery issues must be addressed directly with the carrier. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and we are not notified within 24 hours of placing the order, we cannot guarantee a resend or refund.
